This is the BEST Commercial Real Estate business in Sonoma County. We worked with Michael Mazanec and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent. To say he went over and beyond would be an understatement. After working with another agent, which tried to make us pay as much as possible in order for them to get a higher commission than what the properties were currently rated and also would never respond to our phone calls until we stopped working with him. Michael always responds to phone calls, went and helped us at the city numerous times, and even went as far as to help us move stuff into the building. He represented US, and I can’t think of a way he could of done that better. We are so thankful to have worked with him.
